These barcode readers can read barcodes at a distance into any application on Mac OSX.
The Peninsula Eagle II is a cost effective quality, rugged barcode laser scanner. It allows you to scan direct into applications without the need for additional software. Controls are available for code type, prefixes and suffixes, and other reader options via a simple menu driven programming manual.
Any size 1 dimensional barcode up to 150mm in length can be read up to 98cm away, depending on barcode scale. The Eagle II reads all standard 1D barcode types including large ITF and EAN128 codes.
As a companion product Peninsula offer free QuickTrack Start loan tracking software with every purchase of an Eagle II Barcode reader.
