This barcode reader allows for easy remote collection of barcodes and then simple download into any application on Mac OSX.
The Peninsula BlackBird Portable Barcode Reader for OSX is a compact rechargeable barcode reader which reads all standard barcode types. It allows you to collect barcodes at a distance from a computer system and then download them later. The download software for OSX includes controls which allow for the customisation of the data stream for different applications.
The BlackBird reads barcodes up to 50mm wide, ideal for stocktaking and asset management systems.
As a bonus BarcodeReaders.com include an enabler code for QuickTrack Start, a fully functional simple asset, item and library tracking system.
